I know that training back without weights or a pull-up bar isn’t the most effective way, but this workout definitely helps you to activate all the muscle fibers in your back 💯 Make sure to save!

FULL WORKOUT:

Exercise 1: Towel row 4x 15-20
Exercise 2: Assisted hyper extension 4x 15-20
Exercise 3: Snow angles 4x 15-20
Exercise 4: Supermans 4x 15-20
Exercise 5: Table pull-up 4x 12-15
