A memory popped up on my phone today, of Europa Pro 2 years ago….and I found myself going back and looking at the whole journey.
I always did shred it up! It was like a sick pleasure seeing just how nasty it could get. The ability to sit in that really uncomfortable, dark place is really the difference between condition and CONDITION 🔪
At that point it’s really a mindset thing 💯

Anyway….i like this vid….Romania 2024…2 days out with my then coach @hyacine_nassir - that guy knows how to bring you to your very best! He changed my physique and took it to a whole new level. If I ever went back….he’d be my go to without a doubt!

Anyway…memories! 🙏 always grateful for where bodybuilding took me 🙏
